1. Subject of insurance
Liability and expenses which, by law, the shipowner, manager, operator, charterer must pay for the damages of a third party caused by the operation of the ship or ship, including including damage to people and property.
2. Coverage
- Compensation for expenses arising from the insured ship's accident for which the shipowner is liable for civil liability under the Laws or at the discretion of the Court such as costs of cleaning up pollution, lighting wreck, help with rescue.
- Indemnification of Liability in accordance with the law caused by the insured ship in the course of the sea voyage such as collision, damage to property and the body of a third party, liability for freight.
