1. Subject of insurance
Liability and expenses which, by law, the shipowner, manager, operator, charterer must pay for the damages of a third party caused by the operation of the ship or ship, including including damage to people and property.
- Compensation for costs arising from the insured ship's accident for which the owner of the ship is liable for civil liability under the Law or at the discretion of the Court, for example costs of cleaning up pollution, lighting shipwrecks help with rescue;
- Indemnification of Liability in accordance with the law caused by the insured ship in the course of the sea voyage such as collision, damage to property and the body of a third party, liability for freight.
