Scope of cover: a) The motorized vehicle owner’s civil liability to goods in transit refers to an amount of money which the motorized vehicle owner shall be liable to indemnify the goods owner subject to the "Rules on goods carried by motor vehicle" issued in conjunction with Decision No. 1690/QQDVT dated September 15th, 1990 of the Ministry of Transportation.
b) AAA Assurance agrees to provide insurance to the motorized vehicle owner to cover civil liability to goods in transit under the contract of carriage between the motorized vehicle owner and the goods owner.
c) In addition, AAA Assurance will reimburse the motorized vehicle owner all necessary and reasonable expenses for: prevention and minimization of loss of or damage to goods; preservation, unloading, storage or warehousing of the insured goods during the transit resulted from Accident; and survey of loss or damage is carried out by AAA Assurance. In all cases, the indemnities of AAA Assurance (including expenses) do not exceed the limit of liability specified in the Certificate of Insurance.
