I was so excitied when my friend called me from Dalat to inform that there would be a securities company there. It would be an opportunity for everyone nationwide to get benefits from stock exchange market. I could not help but feeling so happy. Suddenly my car was broken o­n the way to Rach Gia. Time was endless. I took my handbook and wrote down�

 Rach Gia is where I was writing this article. Last night, my car had been broken down at the deserted slope near bridge No. 7000 after a long trip. The car was climbing up a high hill which limits my view. o­n reaching the top of the hill, the car immediately started to run downhill very fast. There was a small truck slowly heading the same direction. Because of short distance and the limt of view, I could not break in time, my car hit into that truck. As the consequences, my car was in a really bad shape with the front deformed and  the lit sprung up to hinder the view.Luckily, the engine was still working and the car plodded to town. I was worried and didn�t know what I should do; and I remembered AAA Assurance Corporation where I had bought the car insurance. I called them �I had an accident in Rach Gia� I said, and got a strange response: �Have you had a police reported?� I replied angrily: �How could I find out a policeman at midnight in this deserted countryside?� �Could you please wait a minute?� He said. 5 minutes later, I received a call from AAA Assurance Corporation to ask me whether I could wait in 15 minutes, there would have a staff coming there. It was true, 15 minutes later an AAA�s employee in Kien Giang Branch came to the place where I was in my confusion of not knowing what to do in a strange place. This made me so surprised, satisfied, and impressed.  Our ancestor used to say: � a piece of food provided when you are hungry is more meaningful the a feast when you are full� I was so worried about my badly damaged car and so� hungry� literally and figuratively. The o­ne had come to see me was a man with helmet who I met in Tran Cao Van street corner.
 
I recognized AAA�s employee not for his helmet, but his working attitude. He made me calm down by saying: �Don�t worry, your car was going to be repaired generally and it would be driven to Saigon, you could have peace of mind�. Well, I was so surprised because he was propagandizing the person who had propagandized a thousand of people without emptiness and monotonomy. He with warm voice requested the machenic in a garage to check and do whatever needed so that I could drive that badly shaped car back to Saigon. I was so happy and satisfied with his attitude and the way he solved my problem. How did I feel? 1 hour before, I didn�t rememeber what happened to me. I felt lonely and confused. The man in front of me showed to be very professional, he guided me carefully through the details how to fill up the accident report. He helped me remember clearly my accident in details�Now, everything is over, and my car was back to Saigon. I blamed myself for not remembering the name of the man who helped me in Rach Gia. But, luckily I was helped by another AAA�s employee in AAA�s office. o­nce again, his attidute and professionalism made me satisfied. My car was repaired as if it were brand new. May be �Alarm Centrer of AAA Assurance� would work properly and and efficiently. With a service provider network nationalwide, the company of that beautiful lady will make the person who buys their services have peace of mind and I would like to give them my 3 A: �Warm and Impressive� 

Honestly, having an accident, feeling so lonely, being helped and safe and sound to get home, the car intact� so o­n. So far there would be a lot of things to contribute to AAA�s success. But what this company has done is very meaningful. I myself was very impressed by their employees. In Kien Giang, I didn�t remember the name of person who helped me, but the man in Saigon is Mr. Hung. They are the o­nes who build company�s brand in the intergration moments. Warmness and Impressiveness are all I would like to write in this article about Assurance Company. I am sure they would develop further.
